A 31 jewelry industry veteran, prior to Lesli Dale, in 2000 Lesli founded Hey Doll which has evolved from a modest showroom into a global design and manufacturing resource with Corporate Headquarters in New York City.  Today, Hey Doll remains privately owned by Lesli and is recognized as a leader in design, development, sourcing, manufacturing/production and distribution of fashion jewelry and accessories.
